Since living in China, I have spent time adjusting, learning, discovering, and celebrating a culture that is not my own. While observing a society that is very different and sometimes quite peculiar to me, I am learning to appreciate China’s way of life.  An outsider's perspective is always unique, and I seek to capture the uncommon, whimsical, and unexpected which I see all around me as China's ancient traditions integrate with modern civilization.
